Some of our school-agers were delighted to clean up and beautify our garden! They removed weeds and prepared the soil for our drought-tolerant plants. The children will take turns caring and maintaining our garden, which will foster in them responsibility and team work skills!
We are very thankful to the firefighters of the Lakeside Fire Protection District for coming to our school and teaching the children about fire safety and awareness! The children learned how to get out of their home safely in case of a fire and how to call 911.

We let it snow at Ready Set Grow! We had a blast celebrating the holidays with our 1st Annual Snow Day, even Santa came to visit and say hi! We then had a delicious Xmas Cookie Decorating Party where the children displayed their cookie decorating skills!
